Prairie Belle Picnic Policy

Retainer fee of $100 for no shows, late cancellations/reschedules.

Life happens and we understand; we will allow you to reschedule before 72 hours prior to your picnic at no charge.

We spend a lot of time behind the scenes, preparing and ordering and designing for your picnic. If you cancel or reschedule after the 72 hours of your picnic you will be responsible for retainer fee.​

Payment is due at time of booking.​

We accept payments through Venmo, Cash App, and Credit Card

Please have an indoor venue for a backup plan for inclimate weather. (Plan A and Plan B are asked when booking)

You are responsible for Prairie Belle picnic items until we arrive. If you want to leave early, please call us at 858-472-9860.

You are responsible for caring and preserving the property of Prairie Belle Picnics inventory. Clients shall remain responsible for all loss or damage to inventory, up to and including actual replacement value for each missing or damaged item per cost. Normal wear will not be charged.

NON-LIABILITY-the client will not hold Prairie Belle Picnics and its employees responsible/liable directly or indirectly for any incidents/accidents or injuries that occur before/during/after the picnic event. The client is responsible for the conduct of self and attendees. The client is responsible for the safe and proper usage of picnic equipment by self and attendees.
