Just a down home picnic with a little bit of pizazz! Blue Bayou has a blue country theme.
All picnics include the standard package.

If you would like us to supply a Charcuterie Board, Fruit Plate, Cupcakes etc. We use local grocery store bakeries, and deli's. We will order, deliver and set up your entire picnic.

Inclimate Weather
Please have a Plan B in place for inclimate weather. We do not want to have to cancel on your special day, so we will do everything we can to make it work. Picking a second destination (indoors) is always a good idea for such days. Our calendar fills up fast and we can't always fullfill add on dates. We will give a full refund if we are unable to drive to your Plan A or Plan B due to weather.
Prairie Belle will allow you to reschedule without penalty up to 72 hours in advance of your first scheduled event. If less than 72 hours notice you will recieve 50% of your total amount. If you book and do not show for the event, we have the right to retain the entire amount paid at checkout..
